Dryrot damage is common in situations where water penetrates the exterior of your home, typically through roofs, and around doors, windows, gutters, downspouts, and trimwork.
Termites, most commonly the subterranean kind in our area, often enter the building where there is earth to wood con
tact, which is common especially in older stucco homes where the sheathing comes down to the ground level. When the foundation is too close to the existing grade, we can replace it if needed, or install a termite curb. Once we have corrected the leaks or grade issues, we can proceed with repairs.
